$2,895 fee includes:  (master suite $3,095)

• Accomodations (double occupancy) on board W/V Dancer Saturday night through Friday night

• All Deluxe Cabins have ensuite bathrooms (sink, toilet, shower), a lower bunk of double bed size, an upper bunk of twin bed size.   The Master Suite has an ensuite bathroom (sink with large vanity, toilet, shower) a queen size bed, TV/DVD player, much more square footage, and a private door to the deck. Each cabin also includes a wardrobe, full length mirror, hairdryer, mirrored cabinet, bathrobes, and fresh towels daily.

•  All meals and snacks aboard the vessel from night of embarkation through Friday lunch

•  All beverages including carbonated and non-carbonated, beer and wine.   Hard liquor

       may be brought aboard the vessel by guests

• Morning in-room beverage service on each full day of the charter

• Nightly turn down service on each night of the charter

• Excursions (approximately 9) from Wind Dancer in small vessels (tenders) to be near

  the whales and join the whales in the water; each small vessel with carry cold beverages, hearty snacks and a  crew of two, including a certified dive master who will support participants in the water. The tenders also have shade canopies to protect passengers from sun.

Your fee does not include:

• Airfare
• Snorkeling gear
• $210 government port and sanctuary fee, payable on boat Friday.
• $160 fuel surcharge
• $20 (approximately) each way for shuttle transportation between airports, ship, hotels, etc.
• Shore accomodations
• Gratuity for ship's crew (10% is suggested).
• Tourist card collected at arrival airport in Dominican Republic (about $15)
• Friday evening dinner
• Videos, DVD's, CD's, tee shirts

Payment Schedule:

Your payments must be in US funds: Check, money order, or credit card. 

Due to the costs and preparation required for this trip, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Because emergencies or crises sometimes require people to cancel their participation, it is strongly suggested that you purchase travel insurance.

We will hold your reservation for up to 14 days with a verbal or email request. At the time of your request to hold a reservation, we will send you a Registration Form. This Form provides details of how to make your initial deposit to confirm your space in the trip.

Upon receipt of your deposit and completed Registration Form, you will be sent a 50 plus page Information and Orientation Booklet with detailed information on the whales, Silver Banks, what to expect on the trip, travel details and tips, what to bring, and how to best prepare yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually for your time with the whales and the group.
