For years I have been sharing grounding meditations with my clients and students, and for years they have been asking me for a tape of my meditations. Well, I am happy to say, here it is at last.

This CD is a wonderful collection of three meditations, with explanations, and with some lovely music composed by my husband Jim.

Grounding is one way to become more present in your body and consciously alive. I believe grounding is the first, most important step before doing any healing, massage, sports, or many other activities. Being present in our bodies is absolutely critical for health, intuition, emotional well-being, and a joy-full life.

This CD includes three guided meditations with explanations before each one. The CD is created in tracks, so you can jump to your favorite meditation when you need it - before seeing clients, when you are needing to more deeply connect with yourself, or just to feel good!
