Canyon Dudlea grows seemingly out of nowhere, clinging to cliffs above China Cove at Point Lobos. It's healing qualities include helping us stay grounded and balanced in our involvement in psychic and charismatic experiences.

Flower Essence Workshops Every year, timed for the summer bloom of wildflowers at Asilomar Conference Grounds and the beautiful Point Lobos State Reserve on the
Pacific Coast, I hold a three day workshop called Flower Essences for Animals and People.
This is a workshop for people who want to learn more about using nature—in the form of gentle yet powerful flower essences—to help the animals they love and themselves. I take great pleasure in teaching others about the healing gifts of the
essences, and to find the courage and wisdom to heal from life's challenges through the process of empathy with the soul with assistance from the flowers.
The sacred drops of flower essences have changed my life, and have been life enhancing for many, many of my human and animal clients. If you feel a resonance with the flowers, and want to become more knowledgeable and proficient in using them, I
invite you to join me at this workshop. It will empower you to bring life-long energetic assistance to humans and animals. In this comprehensive, hands on workshop, participants have an opportunity to: |

Flower Essence Consultations
There are times
when we are all benefit by having a compassionate, skilled person act as witness and counselor for us through the challenges of life. Sometimes an issue or situation we're grappling with can be so confusing or overwhelming that it's hard to find our next step in coping or healing. A
comprehensive flower essence consultation provides both emotional support as well as recommendations for flower essences matched to the specific energy of your issues. The flower essences, taken after the consultation, “pick up where talking leaves off,” providing continuing energetic support to
cope with, resolve and come to peace about issues far beyond the scope of verbal consultations. And, they do so without the harmful side effects of psychotropic drugs. I love helping people use flower essences and their gentle yet so powerful ability to help heal our core issues and to
cope with life’s challenges.
For flower essences consultations to be both a useful and enjoyable healing experience, I believe practitioners must include the following components in their work. They are the components on which I base my consultations:

Indian Paint Brush and Golden Yarrow bring great beauty to ocean cliffs and meadows. The healing energies of Indian Paint Brush help rouse physical forces needed to sustain the intensity of creative work. Golden Yarrow is a powerful
essence for highly sensitive people and animals, providing an energetic shield of protection from the energy of others. Available from www.fesflowers.com. Photo by

1. The creation of a healing presence in a live, interactive consultation, including:
An opportunity for the client to tell their story and to be listened to with deep respect Genuine compassion for the client, their story and issues
Emotional and soul empathy for the client's feelings and thoughts about their issues—however disjointed, irrational or unclear they may seem
Non-judgment about the client, the client's issues, lifestyle, values, etc. Gentle questioning to help the client become more clear about their issues and to discover or
more deeply clarify the deepest level root causes of their issues Suggestion of essences only after the client's story is told, understand, and root cause issues clear (rather than making simplistic matches of symptoms to essences)
2. An intimate knowledge of a wide range of flower essences, and experience in using them in various contexts. For effective matches to be made between the deepest root cause energy known regarding the client's issue and the healing energy of flower essences, the practitioner needs to have a deep and broad understanding of many essences and have personal experience in using them over time.
